  • Pillar 2: Discovery of who you want to be which means you will start working on finding what sincerely motivates you so you will have a reason to get up every morning and face life even during the most difficult days.

  • Pillar 3: Build a step by step map to the life you truly want to live which means you develop a path to follow every day, week, and month so you will be living your life the way you want to live, not the way someone else expects you to live it.

  • Pillar 4: Learn what success looks and feels like which means reframing the way you think so that even in the face of a missed goal you are still taking steps toward the person you want to be, not away from that person.

Kera and Bill W's Story of Recovery, Hiking, and Bicycling 7600 Miles Across America

We are two friends turned romantic partners who quit our addictions and went on a journey of self-discovery. Along the way, we learned that life is short and that there's more to life than just getting by. In the past 5 years, we have been steadily uncovering our happiness. For us, this meant finally accomplishing dreams on our "Bucket List", including thru-hiking 2200 miles on the Appalachian Trail and bicycling 5400 miles across the country. We took all the lessons from our years in addiction and our years living our lives the way we want and distilled them into a worksheet just for you. Wherever your happiness is hiding, we want to help you uncover it.
